All the Acer Notebook computers supplied to you through ELCOT bear three years onsite warranty support, however the warranty for Battery and Adapter will be covered for one year only.

The call agents will help the customers to resolve the problems telephonically. If the call can not be closed with the telephonic help, the call center will provide a call ticket to the customer and a service engineer from the nearest service center will attend the call as onsite and will diagnose the notebook and resolve the problem.
